Mission Critical UAV, Inc. started in 1999 in Los Angeles, California as a research firm in the Unmanned Aerospace Sector. From 2000 – 2002 we begin to develop our current business model. In 2003 we begin working with Scandicraft A.B., a Swedish UAV Rotorcraft Manufacture of the APID MK 4 and 5 series, currently the new version APID 55, and Remote Aerospace Group, Ltd of U.K., an Independent Consultant firm in the Unmanned Aerial Systems Industry. From 2003 – 2005 we expanded our business model to include aerial platform transportation, remote sensing and real time data processing services for those large data sets collected for customers and formed Mission Critical Electronic Systems, Inc in 2005.
March 2003, Kenture Developments, Ltd., with the product Storm Chaser and December 2005 LYYN with V.E.T Technology a great addition to the growing roster of niche Companies that excel in their field of expertise.
Manufacturing of our various proprietary sensors products in 2005 is to begin with, eXsYght smart optics, the 360° degree viewing camera, Storm Chaser the compression tool for the congested radio frequencies and the smart software for eXsYght camera platform(s).
September 2005, Mission Critical opened Offices in the ParcAberporth, Wales, at the European UAV Systems Centre. ParcAberporth has the advantage of a wealth of knowledge, experience and future activity to shape our UAS (unmanned aerial systems) business model.
March 1, 2006, we opened Offices in Phoenix, Arizona, Camden, New Jersey and Calgary Alberta, Canada to be closer to our target customer markets and provide us a larger base to operate UAV’s and sensor products.
We’re growing adding new International Office(s) – Osaka, Japan and Sydney, Australia due to Open late 2007.
Our principal customers are Aerospace, Oil & Gas, Mining, Forestry, Utilities, and Geosciences, Government, Civil Information markets and Agricultural.
